Policies
At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This policy is due to each item being custom-made to fit the specific phone case selected by the customer and shipped directly from the manufacturer. As a result, we are unable to exchange a case for a different size once an order is placed.
If you experience any issues with the functionality or practicality of the phone case, please contact us at libbiecases@gmail.com or through the contact form below. To assist with your inquiry, kindly provide proof of purchase and the receipt of the item.
Care
To preserve the appearance of your case, we highly recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or fluorescent lighting, as this may cause photodegradation, resulting in fading or discoloration of both the case and its print. Our cases have been tested and when cared for properly, discoloration does not occur. Return or Refund is not applicable after 30 days.
We also advise against contact with skincare or oil-based products, as these can contribute to deterioration and color loss. In the event of such exposure, gently clean the case with a warm, soft cloth. Please refrain from using harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners.
To prevent potential damage, avoid frequently removing the case or placing objects behind it, as the dual-layer design may crack or bend under pressure.

Shipping
Our cases spend around 1-3 days in production once fulfilled. With the courier delivering the case around 2-6 days after production. Therefore the case should be delivered within 5 - 10 business days. Color not matching Image
Each case is uniquely crafted through a made-to-order process, resulting in slight variations between products. Please note that there may be a minor difference in color between what you see on your screen (RGB) and the printed product (CMYK). Since screens emit light, colors may appear brighter and less saturated than they do in print. A color variance of 5-8% is to be expected. If the difference exceeds this range, please contact our customer support team at libbiecases.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns
Please read the below terms for returns and exchanged. The returns and exchanges window is 30 day from your order date. If it is after this time we do not accept.
WE ARE STRICT WITH QUALITY OF ITEMS, for exchanges or returns. Ensure there are no marks, odours, damage, signs of wear, tags to still be attached, and in exisiting packaging.
We do not offer returns for returns unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. Unless speaking to someone via other issues. E.g. Size.
FAULTY does not mean a pulled thread or 2. ALL PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN EXAMINED.
RETURNING POLICY:
Due to strict and limited stock we cannot guarantee you will get given the same style in a new size. Therefore you may choose a new style. We only offer store credit. Not a refund to the purchaser. Can only be used on swimwear not other Libbies items.
- Items must un-worn and unwashed in its original packaging with the original tags still attached (including hygiene stickers)
- A receipt of purchase can be provided upon request for an exchange/store credit
There requirements must be met in order for store credit/exchange. If not we have the right to refuse the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping changes are non-refundable.

SHIPPING
Shipping is currently only available in Australia and New Zealand. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched. During collection drops shipping may be delayed.
All domestic orders are shipped through Australia Post with the option of standard (2-6 Business Days) or express (1-3 Business Days).
International orders will be shipped through DHL but currently we don’t have capacity to sell worldwide but will in the new year!
Libbies cannot take responsibility for the payment of import fees, taxes, shipping issues after it has been dispatched and is responsibility of the post or receiver.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Please ensure that all of your details are correct as we are unable to cancel orders or change orders once confirmed.
